We’re trying to find a house swap.

Hey There! 

We’re just going to put this out there… our family is looking to house swap our home in Fort Collins with someone from Bend Oregon for a few months! We are a family of four and we are on a new adventure.

Here’s our story!
In November of 2019 we started feeling like we were supposed to spend a chunk of time in Bend. We couldn’t tell you why, but we are excited regardless! We’ve been praying for a family from Bend that would be blessed by spending some time here in FoCO and would be willing to house swap with us for a few months. We would love to be in Bend by January or sooner! That sentence feels absolutely crazy to write, as we love being here in FoCO, but we started feeling God asking us to make some time and space to rest and prepare new vision for the next season of life. 

Could you share this post if you live in Bend or know someone who does?

If you know of anyone who might be interested in swapping houses, we would be blessed by you sharing this post. We simply hope to toss this out there and see if anything catches! If this doesn’t work out we plan to rent in Bend, but we’d rather swap, because it sounds like more fun. 

Our Home Details

We live in a 3300 sq ft, 5 Bed, 4 bath home nestled in a peaceful neighborhood in the middle of Fort Collins. We are about 2 miles from downtown where you will find many of the local restaurants and coffee shops. Our house does have a home office for WFH and a basement playroom for those of you with kiddos. We think you’ll truly adore our family-friendly town! 

Our Bend requirements: 

We are dreaming of being close to the heart of Bend in at least a two bedroom home. We do have a super sweet golden retriever who will be making the trip with us, so you’d have to be cool with her as well. With a dog and Kids a yard would be a huge blessing. That’s really our only requirements. We don’t need this to be a 1 for 1 trade, so if you have a 500 square ft 2 bed home with a yard (Is that even possible) we’d love to hear about it!
