Ohhh Baby, let me tell you about my weekend surprise! Rob and I woke up early Saturday so that we could get a little work done for the business, so we biked down town to sit at a coffee shop while we worked. I typically focus well at coffee shops, but not this time. Poor Rob had to try to steal back my attention every time a dog walked by. I LOVE dogs, especially Golden Retreievers. There had to have been at least 10 Goldens out on the town. We aren’t allowed to have dogs where we live, so all dogs are just little heart breakers to us. After we worked (and by ‘we’ I mean Rob) we biked home for lunch. We saw a truck parked in our drive way and a man trying to break into our house. We find out the visitors are our good friends from out of town. Erica & Andy stood in our yard holding their new 8 week old puppy! I melted! We sat outside and played with this precious pup for hours. What a perfect ending to a morning of hard work 😉
